Thai parboiled rice

Thai Parboiled rice is made from paddy of Thai Long Grain White Rice by soaking, steaming and drying the paddy before milling. Processed Thai Parboiled Rice is yellowish while translucent. Due to its unique processing procedure, Thai Parboiled Rice prevents the loss of nutrients during milling, it has longer shelf life and is preventable to insects.
